Sharing. The quiet revolution.

Tickets bild HP 02

When room to explore and act grows scarce, we lose a sense of the world as a place for speaking and acting; our resonance and our feelings disappear into statistics.

We are reclaiming the time between kindling the fire and bringing the pot to the boil. Haldern Pop is a lovingly orchestrated organism, full of the force of care and thrilling sounds. In the beginning there was fire, music, friends and longing.

Setting the horizon alight for wondrous reasons springs from our imagination: to become, to love and to live. Our sail catches the wind, and rowing mattered so much. We are growing in number again. We dream of finding ourselves in one another.

In gratitude for the trust we all share and the ways we inspire one another, we are keeping prices the same as at the 43rd Haldern Pop. Buying your tickets early helps us enormously in bringing the festival to life.

Silence and a blank sheet of paper are not an abyss; they are a beginning.

Sharing. The quiet revolution.

What to do in severe weather

What to do in severe weather
If a storm approaches, we will ask you in good time, through loudspeaker announcements and messages on our social media channels, to take shelter in your vehicles until the weather conditions improve. Please remain calm and follow the instructions of the security staff. Offer space to others seeking shelter — you may even make new friends. Switch on your hazard lights to show others that you still have free seats in your vehicle. For safety reasons, do not move your vehicles under any circumstances. For those who cannot find shelter in a vehicle, we have arranged two halls close to the festival site. Please go to the campsite exit on Lohstraße. Emergency vehicles will guide you from there to the appropriate halls.

Prohibited items

Prohibited items, bottles, containers, etc.
For reasons of safety and order, as well as to prevent littering, security checks will be carried out by security staff upon entry. It is prohibited to bring glass bottles, PET bottles, glass containers, bottles, cans, plastic canisters and containers, hard packaging or other heavy containers, as well as torches, pyrotechnic items, weapons of any kind or other dangerous items onto the event grounds/to the event venues. In such cases, the organiser is entitled to refuse admission to the event if the visitor is not prepared to hand over the aforementioned items at the entrance check.

Professional camera equipment

Professional camera equipment (which essentially means almost everything apart from mobile phones) is reserved for photographers and film crews accredited for the festival and may not be brought onto the festival grounds by guests.

Bag and backpack policy

Bag and backpack policy / Security information
Please note that backpacks, bags, pouches and similar items are again not permitted in the beer garden or on the main festival grounds (main stage) this year. Small neck pouches, waist bags and belt bags up to 21 × 30 cm are permitted. Please allow a little extra time for the security checks at the entrance and follow the instructions of the security staff.

Awareness!

The Haldern Pop Festival’s Code of Conduct ensures a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for our diverse audience and varied line-up. By attending our event, you acknowledge and agree to our Code of Conduct. The rules of conduct apply to everyone – visitors, the Haldern Pop team, external staff, artists and organisers alike.

You can find the Code of Conduct here as PDF and under ‘Awareness ⓘ’ in the main menu of our website.

Accessibility / People with disabilities

In Haldern, we have always strived to create a considerate and family-friendly festival. To ensure that all visitors can enjoy a relaxed and hassle-free time with us, we aim to make the festival as accessible as possible. However, as Haldern Pop takes place in the countryside, on a meadow and a riding arena, it is difficult to make the entire site wheelchair-accessible. Nevertheless, we’re doing our very best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

We have already been able to provide the following:
• Free admission for one accompanying person upon presentation of a severe disability card marked with category B.
• Accessible toilet and shower in the shower camp on the festival site
• A raised platform in front of the main stage, suitable for wheelchair users.
• Floor tiles in the entrance area to the festival site
• All festival venues are accessible at ground level, with the exception of the Catholic youth centre (Jugendheim).

We are constantly striving to expand our measures to make the festival more accessible. We therefore always welcome your suggestions for improvement, tips and requests at info@haldern-pop.de with the subject line ‘Barrierefrei’ (Accessibility).

General Ticket Questions & Answers

- I can’t find the email with the ticket link
You can have your personal download link resent here (to the email address you used when you registered): https://festival-tickets.haldernpop.com/resend/

- Do I have to bring a printed copy of the ticket to the festival?
In short: Must: NO Can: YES
The important thing about the ticket is the QR code. – Experience has shown that, due to the screen lighting, this is much easier for a ticket scanner to read from a mobile phone. The email containing the ticket, the ticket PDF or even a screenshot of the code will all work.
Of course, printed tickets or codes can also be scanned, but these are more prone to errors, e.g. if they’re creased, wet or poorly printed.
So both options work, but our recommendation is to use your mobile phone.

- I have another question about the tickets / technical issues with them
Just send an email to tickets (AT) haldern-pop.de and we’ll try to help.

Permission to participate for young people under the age of 18

Young people’s participation in the festival is determined by their parents on the basis of parental responsibility. According to the German Civil Code (BGB), parents have both the duty and the right to care for their minor children (under the age of 18). The law does not set out detailed guidelines. Ultimately, parents decide on travel to the festival, participation and the duration of their stay.

Restrictions on the sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks, the sale of tobacco products and smoking also apply. During youth protection checks, children and young people found to be under the influence of alcohol or smoking may be sent home. We recommend that minors obtain written permission to attend — attendance at the festival is not permitted without permission and an accompanying adult!

Download the parental consent form for a minor’s participation in the Haldern Pop Festival, to be completed by a legal guardian, as a PDF.
